Our candles have a light aroma, although some scent may be stronger than others.

Are the dry flowers on the candle flammable?

Yes, dry flowers on the candle are for decorative purpose only and can be flammable. When lighting the candle, make sure to light away from the flowers. When the wax can no longer withstand the flowers, please take them out to avoid any fire hazard.

Why are there wet spots on my candle?

Wet spots are caused by shrinkage and air bubble that occur as the wax is cooling inside a candle container. Part of the wax pulls away from the glassware and sticks to the container. It is more common with paraffin wax but can also occur with soy. It will not affect the burnability of the candle.

Why are there frosts on my candle?

Frosting is when a white crystalline layer forms on the surface of natural waxes such as soy. This is a natural effect of soy wax and only occurs throughout vegetable waxes. Frosting takes place when the natural wax used to make a candle tries to return to its natural state.

How do I get an even burn?

Your first burn is the most important to get an even burn. Make sure to burn your candle until the surface fully melt and creates a pool evenly. Do not burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Please see our candle care instruction for more information.
