Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping + Handling:

There is a shipping fee for all orders. Make sure you enter your shipping information during checkout to see your available rates.

Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-10 business days. All orders are shipped with regular UPS and USPS postal services. Sometimes we make candles to order and that may take longer.

Once your order is placed and leave our studio, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information. If your tracking number doesn’t work, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update in their system. If there are any issues after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

PLEASE make sure to provide the CORRECT mailing address. After orders have been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we are only shipping in the United Stated. We are not offering international shipping.

Refund/Exchanges:

All our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. Please read all the details before purchasing. If a product happens to be damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days with a photo of the damaged product. If your product is approved for damaged products, we will be glad to replace your product for you.

Our response to COVID-19

We are taking all the CDC recommended steps in our home studio to ensure the safety of our team and our products. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped to you during these unprecedented times.
